Recognizing the importance of promptly alerting your credit card companies in the event of lost or stolen credits cards and the high risk of "Identity Theft", Computerize Your Assets provides functionality to maintain a list of your cards along with necessary contact information. If you do not subscribe to a service that does this for you all the information will be readily available for you to do it on your own.

Even though we have taken the extra precaution of encrypting the data file containing this sensitive information, you might wish to consider invoking your security system on Computerize your Assets if others have access to your computer. This will provide additional protection of your data.

The screen above illustrates the listing of "Credit Cards" entered in your file. In the same manner as all other browse lists, use the "Insert", "Change" and "Delete" buttons to perform their respective tasks.

The screen above illustrates the detail fields available for your input. In similar fashion as the "Inventory Item Detail", we only REQUIRE a minimal amount of information. You have the option of entering just the amount of detail you want or feel necessary to fit your particular situation.

Credit Card Type	Enter the credit card type or click the drop down to select (Required)
Name On Card	Type in the name as it appears on the credit card (Required)
Card Number	Enter the credit card number as it appears on the card (Required)
Credit Limit	Enter the credit limit for this credit card
Date Opened	Enter the date this account was opened
Expire Date	Enter the expiration date on this card (Required)
Company Name	Name of the Bank or Company that issued the card
Address 1	Street or mailing address of the Bank or Company
Address 2	Line two of the address if required
City Name	Name of the city for Bank or Company address
State	Name of the State for Bank or Company address
Country	Enter the country
Postal Code	Postal or Zip Code for Bank or Company address
Business Phone	Phone number for general information
Emergency Phone	Emergency phone number if different than business phone number
Fax Number	Fax phone number
Web Site Address	The URL (Web Site Address) for Bank or Company (ex. http://www.bankname.com)
Web Account Login	Enter your web Login name if you access your account through the internet
Web Account Password	Enter your web password if you access your account through the internet
Account Number	Sometimes your account number will differ from the credit card number. Enter it here if this is the case

Also notice there is a list box below this information that can be used to keep a listing for any additional credit cards that have been issued for this card. Example: The card may be in your name and an additional card has been issued in your spouse's name. There is no limit to the number of additional cards that can be attached to the primary card.

To include additional cards for this account use the "Insert", "Change" and "Delete" buttons in the lower right of the screen. This behaviour is exactly the same as any other browse listing. Below is the screen to enter the additional card detail.
