Individual / Item Quick Allocation

Computerize Your Assets provides a very quick and easy method to assign an asset or inventory item to an individual from your list. This is accomplished from a single listing screen.

In the example screen above notice in the lower left area of the screen an individual has been selected to receive the assignment of assets or inventory items. The asset/inventory list on the right side of the screen list all items that have not been allocated yet and you are free to assign any of the items to the individual you have selected.

Simply use the arrow keys to highlight the item you desire and using your mouse click on the box to the left of the item. The list will always display ALL items already assigned to the selected individual as well as any items that are currently unassigned.
