Standard Windows "Paste" operation. Highlight or select the items to replace or set the cursor where you wish to insert the copied items and use the "Paste" feature to copy from the clipboard.

You can also use the standard Windows shortcut method by holding down the "Ctrl" key and pressing "V" - <Ctrl><V>
